@ Erica...That would be cool if they would had brought George back, but didn't he leave the show because Burke offstage, had made some comments about gays and really offended him. Burke was fired that's why there isn't any goodbye episode....Burkes just gone. Then George finished out his contract and did not want to come back to greys.

I can't wait for this episode. I am diehard fan with the if I was hoping Denny would come back with Izzie also.me and my math teacher both like the show and talk about it. I was when I turn on the TV tonight to find out it will not be till next week. I definitely will be watching no matter what. I love grey’s anatomy forever!!

OMG!!! Was that Owen and Callie!!! And if it's a "what if?" where the heck is O'Mally and Izzie? I think the biggest "what if" is what if O'Mally didn't die... but whatever.... I LOVE GREY'S!!! I can't wait to see this episode!

I do not like Alex and Mer. I have always liked Mer with Derek. I do like Addison character, but not her and Derek together. I'm not quite sure if I am going to like this "what if" episode. I am looking forward to see what the deal is with Lexi, but the new Alex scares me a bit.
