After giving viewers their first looks at Scandal Season 5 and How to Get Away with Murder Season 2, ABC has come out with the official trailer for Grey's Anatomy Season 12.

The footage gives us a look at the lighter tone creator Shonda Rhimes has said will be emphasized this fall, with Meredith being awoken by some sledgehammering in her house... and someone getting punched in the face in the hospital.

We also see Meredith lying in bed alone, narrating that "everything has changed."
