Legacies Sneak Peek: Landon (Finally!) Meets His Mother

Legacies returns to screens tonight, and The CW has unveiled some details about what fans can expect from the midseason premiere. 

On Legacies Season 1 Episode 8, Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) and Alaric (Matthew Davis) set out in search for Landon (Aria Shahghasemi) after discovering that he is in trouble.

"Along the way, they uncover some startling information about Landon's past," according to the official description for the episode. 

With the episode titled "Maybe I Should Star from the End," it sounds like we will finally get more insight into what's going on with Landon.

Thankfully, we now know that we are going to get some more details about the woman we've been led to believe is Landon's mother. 

In a brand new sneak peek, Landon is at a coffee shop, and the barista is worried that the teenager has been hanging around the place for days on end. 

When the two strike up a conversation, Seylah notes that the name Landon is a nice one, and that's when Landon confirms he's her son and that she gave him the name. 

There's obviously going to be more to the story than just this, but we're inclined to believe the woman in the diner is Seylah. 

However, she could be under some sort of compulsion. Whether another villain will pop up, I have no idea, but we'll get all the answers when the episode airs tonight. 

What we do know is that Landon finds himself in danger and it makes Hope and Alaric leave the school to try to find him.
