It looks like we might finally get an answer to that on Suits Season 5 Episode 14. 

If you like a character return, then you may be happy to know that Trevor is back. 

Though it's clear he's looking to bury Mike, no doubt thanks to Gibbs.

Harvey wants to represent Mike, but Mike wants to represent himself. We'll have to tune in to find out who is representing who. 

Then there's Donna, who gets called up to the stand and grilled by Gibbs.
