Great review, as awlays! I think that the Doppelganger blood theory, sounds like a good possibility. I hope that it is given from a willing Elena, in order to save him, instead of him going mad and attacking her. I also wonder if Elena's memory of Damon's "I love you", will/has come back to her since she died and came back? I want her to know so bad and before the season end!!
