To me the glass is half full, you always have to look for the posiitve in things even in Life in general, dont focus on what bad is happening but point out what good can come out of the bad. You could have had the worse day ever, but I'm sure one good thing might have come out of it, you just have to look for it and dont focus all your attention on the bad. At least thats my opinion.
