Suspect the twist is that Sam is Neal's father as suggested by many others. I say that based on the tone in Neal's voice when he asks "Why didn't you tell me?" If it were another kind of deception, the tone would be different. Don't know what I am going to do until WC comes back - watch reruns, I guess, but I will definitely miss the guys.
