Bones is coming back!!
All of the major players resigned for Season 11 and will be back solving crimes at the Jeffersonian. That's great news, right?!
To spice things up a little, Stephen Nathan is stepping down as showrunner and in his place will be John Collier and Michael Peterson. Apparently Nathan has other irons in the fire at Fox and hopes to rejoin Bones later in the season.
Petersen and Collier have been with Bones since 2010 and 2011, respectively, most recently in executive producer roles.
With its renewal, Bones joins other returning fare such as Sleepy Hollow, Empire and Gotham, as well as comedies, New Girl, The Last Man on Earth, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Bob's Burgers and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
