But Tiffany Pollard taught the music mogul a few things this week about reality TV success.

According to the Nielsen ratings, I Want To Work For Diddy averaged just 1.4 million viewers for its premiere this week. That wasn't enough to overcome the power of Pollard, as New York Goes To Hollywood was watched by 1.7 million viewers on VH1.
