Don Diamont is a Family Man

Don Diamont lives in Palisades, California. But he certainly doesn't live there alone.

As a recent article in The Palisades Post details, Diamont lives with his wife and seven children (twins from his current marriage, four children from a previous relationship and his nephew).

Regarding The Young and the Restless, meanwhile, the man that plays Brad Carlton talked about remaining on top of the soap opera world for so long.

"We've been number one for 17 years,' Diamont said. "There's definitely an attrition going on. You have the Internet, 500 TV channels; it's ever more of a challenge."

After 23 years, the actor also talked about why playing the same character is still a challenge.

"A lot of that comes from the writers and the stories that they come up with," Diamont said. "They keep you enthralled."
