Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo was seen having lunch with a friend at the Fred Segal Cafe in West Hollywood on Saturday. After dining, the 38-year-old actress saw a cute dog on the way out and started laughing! Here's a nice photo of our favorite star:
