In case you wanted any more Scrubs season eight spoilers, we have a couple more from the second episode for you guys.  Turns out Dr. Maddox (Courteney Cox) will quickly be making enemies with a lot of Scrubs fans when she fires the janitor in the second episode. 

Oh and it turns out someone is dying too.
