At long last, the wait is over - and hopefully, good things will follow when Grey's Anatomy makes its 2009 debut this evening with "Wish You Were Here."

In tonight's episode (check out the many videos we've posted for previews), a serial killer on death row, William Dunn (Eric Stoltz) poses an ethical dilemma and makes things difficult for several of our favorite surgeons when he's admitted to Seattle Grace.

Elsewhere, Miranda butts hears with Dr. Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw), Mark wonders how to handle Lexie, and Izzie tells Alex about Denny. Really.
