One Tree Hill Casts Faux One Tree Hill Characters

On One Tree Hill, production on the movie adaptation of Lucas' book is about to begin.

But before a single camera starts rolling on the much-anticipated project, Lucas, Peyton, Brooke, Haley and Nathan must meet ... yup, you guessed it, "Lucas," "Peyton," "Brooke," "Haley" and "Nathan" - the young, CW-friendly actors who have been cast as OTH's fab five.

OTH Peepz
Peyton and Lucas

Playing the actors who will be playing Lucas Scott and Peyton Sawyer (confused yet?) are Chandler Massey and Alexandra Sgambati (pictured above, with the real deals at right).

Then there's Cassandra Jean, who famously walked off the set of America's Next Top Model during Season 2, playing the starlet who, in the course of boning up on Brooke Davis, grills the troubled One Tree Hiller on her super-smoky voice and love life.

Channeling Nathan and Haley for the film will be Matthew Atkinson and Elizabeth Lynn Hingley. But will Lucas' dream of seeing his story on the silver screen ultimately be dashed?

Some recent One Tree Hill spoilers seem to indicate so ...

One Tree Hill Quotes

Lucas: I need you to trust me and believe me when I tell you that my heart is with you. Part of me feels like ever since we got back together you've been waiting, waiting to push me away.
Brooke: Oh great, so you kiss Peyton, again, and I'm pushing you away!?
Lucas: I love you Brooke, I don't know how else to say it.
Brooke: How about how you show it? I'm not pushing you away Lucas. I am holding on for dear life, but I need you to need me back. Okay, why wouldn't you tell me about the kiss and why didn't you call me while you were away and why won't you ever just let me all the way in? We have to go give our toasts now, about love.

Remember tonight, for it is the beginning of always. A promise, like a reward for persisting through life so long alone. A belief in each other and the possibility of love. A decision to ignore simply rise above the pain in the past. A covenant, which at once binds two souls and yet severs prior ties. The celebration of the chance taken and the challenge that lies ahead. For two will always be stronger than one. Like a team braced against the tempests of the world. And love will always be the guiding force in our lives. For tonight is mere formality. Only an announcement to the world of feelings long held, promises made long ago in the sacred space in our hearts.
