American Idol surprised fans with a twist to its elimination system last night.

However, the two contestants that were sent home? No surprises there.

Jasmine Murray and Jorge Nunez received the lowest number of viewers votes, following their disappointing Tuesday night auditions. Not even the new Judges' Save could rescue these two singers.
