Chevy Chase is a Member of Community

For the first time in Chevy Chase's extremely long, prolific career, he's joining primetime television as a full time gig.  Chase has joined the NBC comedy pilot, Community according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Though Chase has recently done a multi-episode arc on Brothers & Sisters and will soon guest star on NBC's Chuck, Community would be the actor's first prime time starring role.

Community will focus on Jeff (Joel McHale), a lawyer who goes back to school after his college degree is determined to be invalid.  Chase will play a five-times divorcee and a fellow student at the school.
