Exciting casting news for The Bold and the Beautiful viewers:

Joanna Johnson will reprise the role of Karen Spencer, the late Caroline's twin sister. Here's a clip of Johnson's final episode on the show:

Look for the character to return for a pair of episodes on April 28 and 29. Although Karen's visit to Los Anelges will be brief, it's expected to introduce her brother Bill, to be played by Don Diamont.

The former Young and the Restless star begins appearing in May.
