Camila Alves is ready to step out of the shadow of her handsome husband.

The beautiful girlfriend of Matthew McConaughey - and mother to his son, Levi - has been tapped as the host for the third season of Shear Genius.

The Bravo competition, which pits aspiring hair stylists against each other in the salon for a $100,000 pirze, was previously hosted by Jaclyn Smith.

Step aside, Matthew McConaughey. It's time for Camila Alves to enter the spotlight.
