House and Cuddy finally give in to their feelings next week... and totally get it on.

According to spoilers, House blames his insomnia and visions of Amber on his Vicodin addiction, so he tries to go cold turkey. When Cuddy comes over to help him clean out his medicine cabinet, he takes a look at her cabinet instead... if you know what we mean!
