Last night on Gossip Girl, the second season came to a conclusion that should leave the Upper East Siders' rabid fans wholly satisfied - and begging for more next year.

Serena's quest to unmask Gossip Girl was for naught, but all ended well, while J took over the school, Rufus and Lily got engaged, Georgina made a shocking return, and Chuck Bass finally said the three words we've all been waiting to hear.
