Tonight's one hour episode may be the season (and most likely series) finale, but last night's episode, "My Chief Concern" was definitely designed as set up for it.  It took thirty minutes, but they had J.D. move closer to his son and find a new job.

Meanwhile, our favorite intern, Denise, was losing her confidence, Turk and J.D. got into a lover's quarrel, and Ted asked the gooch to move in.

Denise: I don't know why I keep jumping into bed with him. My confidence is shot from screwing up that spinal last week and then yesterday I misdiagnosed a ectopic pregnancy. I dunno maybe I wanted to do I knew I could do right. Like banging a dude. I'm a giant ho bag.
