Minnie Driver to Guest Star on Modern Family

After starring in the critically acclaimed, albeit poorly rated, The Riches for a season, Minnie Driver is returning to television.
The actress will guest star on a January episode of Modern Family; aka The Funniest Show in the History of Television... or close to it, at least.
Driver will portray a former friend that reconnects with Julie Bowen's Claire.
Next week, Elizabeth Banks appears on the sitcom as a woman from Mitchell and Cam's hilarious past.
