Not ones to be over-dramatic at all, but MTV promises that we haven't seen ANYTHING like what lies ahead on the sixth and final season of The Hills ... the end of which begins April 27.

We devote very little space to The Hills on this site, under the reasoning that it is more Hollywood gossip on a TV screen than actual TV. But the final season trailer is not to be missed.

Why? Because Heidi Montag's mom stares blankly at her surgically-altered face, Spencer Pratt flips out more than once, Kristin Cavallari may have drug issues and much, much more.

It jumped the shark long ago, but at last it's going out with a bang ...
