Dancing With the Stars Review: TV Night

at .

Dancing With the Stars may be the biggest show on TV.

This fact made for an ironic theme last night, as the dancers cut rugs to theme songs from other, less popular programs! Yes, The Hills theme song was even one of them.

By the end of Monday night, the two tandems you'd expect were 1-2 in points, albeit in a different order than last week, while three couples look to be in jeopardy on Tuesday.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Brandy

JUST FRIENDS: Dancing to that show's theme song, Brandy and Maks ruled the night.

The often-feuding Brandy and Maksim Chmerkovsky lead the pack thanks to their quickstep set to the Friends theme song. Maybe they'll actually get along after this. Total: 27.

Favorites Jennifer Gray and Derek Hough also sparred in rehearsal, but fared well dancing to ... Married With Children. Not their best, but they have high standards. Total: 25.

Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya drew Bewitched, a theme custom-made for the ballroom (apparently) and they made it look easy in one of their best efforts yet. Total: 24.

Rick Fox and Cheryl Burke danced the rumba to the theme of Hill Street Blues. Dramatic, elegant, smooth and much less robotic than Rick has seemed in the past. Total: 24.

Audrina Patridge and Tony Dovolani showed great technique with their rumba, but the judges felt it lacked emotion. A little too plastic for their taste, apparently. Total: 23.

Florence Henderson and Corky Ballas, much like Audrina and The Hills, got the Brady Bunch theme. It started out well but became a little herky-jerky near the end. Total: 21.

Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer went all Charlie’s Angels on us, which seemed like an adorable routine at first, then quickly devolved into unadulterated cheese. Total: 20.

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas monkeyed around with The Monkees and brought up the rear this week. Not very sharp at any given moment leaves you at risk. Total: 18.
