It's totally on between our favorite hunters and a slew of vampires this week.

As the title of Friday's Supernatural episode suggests, "Live Free Or Twi-hard," the upcoming installment pits Sam and Dean against distance relatives of Edward Cullen, Damon Salvatore and company.

But when Dean gets bitten and turned into one of these creatures... well, we can't give away the entire episode. We can just give fans an early look at what's ahead via the following clip and then remind them to return to TV Fanatic Saturday morning for a full review:
