Over the course of nine seasons on ER, Goran Visnjic saved many lives as Dr. Luka Novac.

But the actor is going in the opposite direction for an upcoming role on Leverage: TV Guide confirms he's been cast as Damian Moreau, the international financier that Nate and his team have been searching for throughout season three.

The character will appear on the show's two-part season finale, scheduled to air on December 19.

As fans of Leverage are aware, the team has been on Moreau's trail at the behest of The Italian (Elisabetta Canalis) - but sources say when Nate and company finally meet him, they'll be in for a surprise.
