Grey's Anatomy is all new Thursday. What can we expect?

Meanwhile, things heat up between Bailey and her man, although it doesn't go over so well with someone. With the race for chief resident on, there will be spying.

As for whether Meredith will get pregnant soon ...

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon, but be patient. Mer and Der are obviously still hoping it will work out. Stand by them. Stay the course.

Elsewhere, it's still unclear if Callie is pregnant, but she will serve as the catalyst for the show's upcoming musical episode - in other words, people sing because of something important that's going on with Callie. Beyond that, your guess is as good as ours.
