The CW Announces the Return of Rachel Bilson

First, Kristen Bell. Now, Rachel Bilson. For the second time in a week, the return of a TV Fanatic favorite to the small screen has been made official.

The former OC star will anchor House of Dixie, a new series on The CW that will reunite her with Josh Schwartz. Slated to premiere in September, the comedic drama focuses on Bilson's New York City doctor, as she inherits a medical practice in a small Southern town.

In other pilot news, The CW also made an expected move and officially picked up The Secret Circle for the 2011-2012 season. This Kevin Williamson-produced program will be based on a book series by Vampire Diaries scribe LJ Smith.
