Forget Troy and Abed in the Morning.

On season three of Community, we'll get Troy and Abed in the morning, in the afternoon and at night: these two will become roommates, creator Dan Harmon said today at his show's Comic-Con panel discussion.

Among the other topics addressed:

Why Michael Kenneth Williams as a new professor? “I want to add layer of intensity,” Harmon said.

Episodes on tap this season included a Halloween adventure, a unique season premiere and an installment involving multiple timeline.

Chevy Chase agrees that Pierce went "too far" last season, but Harmon assures us: "By the time we’re done, you’re going to know why you’d hang out with Pierce."

Yes, we'll meet new family members. (In a separate press room interview, it was pretty much revealed to me that Jeff's dad will show up, and that Dan Harmon's life would be made if he were played by Bill Murray.)

Will the study group actually graduate if there's a fifth season? “All I know is that there is a four-year story that we promised in the pilot,” Harmon said. "We need the show to last forever, but we need to respect it."
