Dominic Chianese to Recur on Boardwalk Empire

Dominic Chianese is headed to Atlantic City, but sticking around HBO.

The veteran actor, forever known to fans of The Sopranos as Tony's Uncle Junior, will appear on six season two episodes of Boardwalk Empire as Leander Cephas Whitlock, a character described by creator Terrence Winter as a contemporary of Dabney Coleman's Commodore.

Teases Winter to TV Guide: "He's almost unrecognizable."
