Scandal answered one question on last night's 2013 premiere, "One for the Dog."

Yes, Huck is now a free man.

But another question will arise on next Thursday's "A Criminal, a Whore, an Idiot and a Liar." Did the shooting change the President for better... or for worse?

That's the topic focused on in the following ABC promo, although we can also confirm this installment will flashback in time to the election itself. We'll get a glimpse at Barry Bostwick as Fitz's father, while also learning more about how the rigging took place.
