After far too long off the air, Scandal Season 2 resumes tonight with a pair of top-notch guest stars.

Look for Lisa Edelstein to guest star as a high-powered CEO accused of a major affair, while Jay Karnes portrays her husband. Watch these two interact, and call for reinforcements, in the following sneak peek from "Top of the Hour."

And speaking of phone calls, Olivia goes at it below with Cyrus, ending her chat with the Chief of Staff when he becomes the first person in television history to as: Is your vagina apolitical?
