Billy Crystal to Headline The Comedians on FX

Billy Crystal is headed to FX.
The network has announced that this legendary comedian will star in a single-camera comedy aptly-titled The Comedians. It will center on an older comic who gets paired with a younger/edgier star for a late-night sketch show.
Sounds a bit like Nashville, just set in the world of comedy.
With FX already home to some of our favorite shows (Sons of Anarchy, Justified, The Americans), it's safe to say we're excited for this potential series... and that's without even looking at the list of producers/writers. They include:
Larry Charles (Seinfeld), Matt Nix (Burn Notice) and Ben Wexler (Community). Sign. Us. Up.
