Homeland Star Cast as Big Bad on Arrow Season 2

Navid Negahban has agreed to terrorize a second fictional universe.
The actor, best known as the evil mastermind Abu Nazir on Homeland, will appear on multiple episodes of Arrow Season 2 in another villainous capacity:
He'll portray Al-Owal, a Big Bad who has connections to Malcolm and other nefarious folks in Starling City. As first reported by E! News, look for the character to target someone close to Oliver when we meet him on Episode 5, "The Demon's Head."
Other faces already cast on Season 2 include Summer Glau and Caity Lotz, the latter of whom will join the series as Laurel's sister.
The drama, which returns on October 8, is also seeking to introduce Dr. Brett Allen for a potential Flash spinoff.
