It looks like ABC has heard our pleas.
The network announced this afternoon that Mistresses has been renewed for Season 2.
The summer soap opera, which concluded with the fate of Alyssa Milano's character up in the air, will return next summer for another run of episodes.
The first season averaged around 3.5 million viewers per week, ending with 3.9 million households tuning in and a 1.1 rating among 18-49-year olds.
Along with Milano, the drama stars Yunjin Kim, Rochelle Aytes and Jes Macallan as for Desperate Housewives-type pals dealing with infidelity, stalkers and a great deal more.
