Robert Knepper is headed back to The CW - and back to his villainous ways as well.

The actor (Prison Break, Cult, Mob City) will guest star on an upcoming installment of Arrow Season 2 as William Tockman, TV Line confirms.

Better known as the “Clock King," this DC Comics criminal is always sure to plan his crimes down to the very last detail/nanosecond. He's set to appear on Episode 14, which will also bring Alex Kingston back as Dinah Lance.

This terrific CW drama airs a new installment tonight and then goes on hiatus until January.
