A&E is ready to check viewers back in to the Bates Motel.

Season 2 of this eerie drama will kick off on Monday, March 3, with the network including along with the premiere date an official synopsis.

Look for Norma's past to haunt her and Norman when the former's brother comes to town, while Max gets more entrenched in the White Pines Bay drug war and gets into serious trouble when Bradley is driven to "precarious extremes."

Elsewhere, Emma will complication her connection to Norman, while Sheriff Romero gets caught up in... pretty much everything.
