Grey's Anatomy may be on a lengthy hiatus, but at least it's core cast members are keeping busy.
Jesse Williams recently welcomed his first child into the world and now Patrick Dempsey is turning 48 years old!
Yes, the long-time star celebrates his birthday today and we'd have to expect he does so by driving really fast in a car. Aside from acting, that is Dempsey's main hobby.
We won't be seeing Dempsey on our small screen again until Grey's Anatomy Season 10 resumes on February 27, but we're honoring the handsome star below via a fun photo montage of his time as Derek Shepherd.
