The Taste: Watch Season 2 Episode 1

The Taste returned to ABC last night, debuting a two-hour Season 2 format and asking the judges to narrow down a large field to 16 contestants.
Those chosen ranged from home cooks to professional chefs, while four of the globe's most respected culinary masters sat back and critiqued everyone's techniques and flavors, all based on a single bite.
That's just how Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson, Ludo Lefebvre and Marcus Samuelsson roll.
As the season moves along, each will coach a team and each team will face individual and group challenges on a weekly basis.
