TV Ratings Report: Fox, The CW Surge

From surprise kisses to a shocking death, Fox and The CW both enjoyed a strong Tuesday in both the storylines department and the ratings department.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine made the biggest leap, increasing 36 percent among 18-49-year olds, while New Girl and The Mindy Project saw jumps among this same demographic.

The Originals and Supernatural, meanwhile, both enjoyed double digit boosts as well...
