You've missed The Walking Dead, haven't you?

The series returned and picked up right after the fallout of the Governor's attack on the prison in The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 8. And, yes, the Governor is indeed dead.

As for the survivors, they've all gone separate ways, and The Walking Dead Season 4 Episode 9 centered on Rick, Carl and Michonne.

Rick and Carl struggled with their roles as father and son, in addition to fighting off walkers and seeking a safe place to hide. While Rick recovered from his wounds, Carl was forced to step up and prove he's not the little kid everyone thinks he is.

Michonne tried to track down the other survivors and picked up two new "pets" in the process. But a surprise changes everything.
