This week, Community Season 5 Episode 11 pulled a serious hat-trick: it crafted one of its best homage episodes yet, it sensitively yet powerfully probed the issue of aging, and it made me want to buy some G.I. Joe dolls.

Seriously, what more could you ask of a half hour of bizarro 80s retro nostalgia?

What was that? You could ask that it point out the flaws in the G.I. Joe universe's inner workings, not-so-subtly imply a romantic relationship between Destro and Cobra Commander, and have a joke about Smash Mouth?

Well, guess what, guys--it did all that. AND Britta had buzzsaw arms.

So grab a bowl of your favorite discontinued 80s cereal (mine is Fruit Brute), pretend it's Saturday morning and watch Community online.
