Just when we thought the streets of Chicago are safe from El Pulpo the man makes a comeback in Chicago PD Season 1 Episode 13. 

Ready and willing to work so that he may get more of his demands, Pulpo is more than willing to help out in whatever way he can. As the suspects die one by one, Pulpo's motives begin to grow clearer. 

Meanwhile, Ruzek's home life takes a drastic turn.
