Sonja Sohn is on her way to New Orleans.

And Klaus Mikaelson better be ready.

According to E! News, Sonja Sohn has been cast in a recurring role on The Originals Season 2.

The former Wire star will come on board as Lenore, a powerful witch who will debut on Episode 3 and be quite the enemy for our favorite Hybrid.

Best known to fans of the aforementioned HBO drama as Detective Kima Greggs, Sohn has since stopped by on Body of Proof, The Good Wife, Law & Order: SVU and Burn Notice.

Along with Sohn, Daniel Sharman (Teen Wolf) will portray a charming new witch in the French Quarter coven; while Nathaniel Buzolic will appear via at least one flashback.

The Originals moves to Mondays and will return in October.
