The Big Bang Theory did not wrap up Season 7 quietly last night, airing its most-watched season finale in show history.
The episode that featured an engagement and a sexual encounter earned 16.3 million viewers overall and 4.8 rating among 18-49-year olds, increasing 13 and 26 percent, respectively, from last Thursday's installment.
