A Broadway star is coming to the Hamptons - and he's going to need some medical help! STAT!

Singer/actor Cheyenne Jackson (best known to TV audiences as Danny on 30 Rock) will stop by Royal Pains Season 6 later this summer, TV Fanatic has learned exclusively.

In the episode - titled "Oh, M.G." and airing August 5 - Jackson will portray Sam, the owner of a custom perfumery who loses his sense of smell and finds his career jeopardized. Look for him to seek out the help of HankMed in this time of crisis.

Jackson, who has appeared in Broadway shows such as Damn Yankees and Xanadu, owns an impressive small screen resume as well.

It includes projects from HBO's Behind The Candelabra to the Ryan Murphy pilot, Open. He's enjoying having a busy summer overall, as Jackson has been appearing at events like this week's Trevor Live in New York City and his current Music Of The Mad Men Era tour.

Royal Pains is currently airing its sixth season and stars Mark Feuerstein, Paulo Costanzo, Brooke D'Orsay, Ben Shenkman and Reshma Shetty. 

It airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on USA.
