Craig Parker is headed to The CW.

The actor (Spartacus: War of the Damned) has been cast in a recurring role on Reign Season 2, Andy Swift of TV Line confirms.

Parker will portray the “brilliant, sexual, fierce” character of Narcisse, who is described as a devout Catholic with a "death grip" on the French Court.

Look for him to become a foe of Catherine de Medici because... who doesn't become a foe of Catherine de Medici?

Parker has also enjoyed roles on NCIS, Sleepy Hollow and Legend of the Seeker.

Reign Season 2, meanwhile, premieres on Thursday, October 2.
