Married... with Children Spinoff: Actually in the Works!

Earlier this week, the cast of Married... with Children reunited when Katey Sagal (now deserving of an Emmy for her work on Sons of Anarchy) received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

But, incredibly, this is now only the second most exciting piece of Married... with Children news from the past few days.

Because E! News reports that a Married... with Children spinoff is under consideration!

Sony Pictures Television is taking out a pitch for a series based on David Faustino's character of Bud Bundy. No network is lined up and negotiations are only in the VERY early stages… but this is actually something that’s happening!

"We're going to do something with Dave maybe. I don't know if it will be in character," Christina Applegate said at the aforementioned ceremony in Hollywood on Tuesday, adding:

"I don't really know. I don't know what that's going to be. I don't know if I'm allowed to speak on that at all. So I should probably stop talking about it right now!"

Too late!

This reveal comes not long after news of a possible Full House revival also went viral; and, of course, months after Girls Meets World became a hit.

It's far too early to know the premise of the show or which cast members might be involved. It's also possible nothing comes of this news.
