An investigation into a lieutenant's death took a crazy turn in NCIS: Los Angeles Season 5 Episode 24, "Deep Trouble," which led to Sam and Callen finding a submarine that was being used to transport drugs into the United States.
Yes, a submarine!
The NCIS: Los Angeles Season 6 premiere, "Deep Trouble, Part II," picks up where viewers were left hanging last spring. Sam and Callen are trapped in the submarine packed full of Ammonium Nitrate manned by two suicidal terrorists. The submarine was modified from drug transport duty into a torpedo.
Sam and Callen are temporarily safe on the other side of a wall, but that won't help them when the submarine hits the target and explodes. Will NCIS be able to find them before it's too late?
While Sam and Callen attempt to find a way out of their predicament, Deeks and Kensi work with DEA Agent Talia Del Campo to find information to help save their teammates. Talia's involvement continues to wreak havoc.
