Juice allows Gemma to walk free and she makes it 12 miles on foot to the nearest diner where a waitress played by guest star Lea Michele overhears her talking to Tara. When asked, Gemma tells her that Tara's death was her fault.

Later, Unser tells Gemma that she should give a statement to the police about seeing the Chinese leave the house the night Tara was killed. Jax agrees that it would stop Lin from getting a plea deal from the DA. Gemma agrees but is furious with Unser for putting her in this position and tells him to get his trailer off of her property.

Jax makes a deal with Telly's crew and makes an alliance with the Mayans. In the process he leaves a pile of bodies at the Pope Partners construction site for August Marks.

Juice tries to get the Mayans to help him get to Mexico but offering SAMCRO intel but they turn the tables and turn him over to Jax.

Meanwhile Nero gets jammed up between Jax and the Mayans but just as things look to even out he sees Gemma's SUV. Juice had it when he drove in.
